Beginner  Clinic 1: The Fundamentals of Bowling.

Beginner: $75 / per hour + cost of bowling centers per game rate

This clinic teaches the physical game of bowling through a progressive series of skill drills. Areas to be covered include:

  • The Starting Stance

  • The Proper Pushaway For You

  • Secondary Timing

  • Primary Timing

  • A Free Pendulum Swing

  • The Perfect Release

  • Consistent Leverage

  • A Strong Finish & Balance Position

  • And Much More!

Intermediate Clinic 2: Science & Knowledge

Intermediate: $100 / per hour + cost of bowling centers per game rate

*Prerequisite: Must have attended Mini-Clinic 1 or average 175+ This Clinic teaches the science & knowledge of the game. Areas to be covered include:

  • Understanding Skid-Hook- Roll

  • Reading Ball Shape

  • The Perfect Strike

  • How To Play A Straight Line

  • How To Play An Angle Reading Lane Breakdown

  • How To Make Minor & Major Lane Adjustments

  • How To Adjust To The Pocket In 3 Deliveries Or Less!

 

Advanced Clinic 3: Fundamentals Plus

Advanced: $150/ per hour + cost of bowling centers per game rate

*prerequisite: Must have attended both Clinics 1&2 or average 200+ This clinic will review the fundamentals of bowling as well as Introducing several high skill add on techniques including:

  • Fine Tuning Your Personal Physical Game

  • Hand Position Changes

  • Ball Speed Changes

  • How To Play Far Outside

  • How To Play Deep Inside

  • Axis Tilt vs. Ball Rotation

  • Matching Axis Tilt & Ball Rotation To The Lane Condition

 

Anyone Clinic 4: The Mental Game

$100.00 / per hour + cost of bowling centers per game rate

There is no prerequisite for this clinic, but it is suggested that You have attended at least mini-clinic 1 or average 175+ About half of the clinic will be lecture and half will be on lanes. Topics to be covered include:

  • Mental Strength Self-Assessment

  • Developing A Positive Routine

  • Concentration – Preparation

  • Process Vs. Outcome Based Focus

  • Visualization & Mental Imagery

  • Centering And Tension Control Training

  • Short Term & Long Term Goal Setting

  • Ideal Performance State (IPS)
